Managing Your Subscription of RecallFit

At RecallFit, we ensure you have full control over your subscription directly through your iOS or Android device settings.


For iOS Users:

  1. Canceling Your Subscription:
    • Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
    • Tap your name at the top, then select “Subscriptions.”
    • Locate and tap the subscription for RecallFit.
    • Choose “Cancel Subscription.” (If “Cancel Subscription” is not visible, it means it has already been canceled.)
  2. Important Notes:
    • Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps above to ensure your subscription is canceled.
  3. Deleting Your Account:
    • Inside the app, go to Setup > Account Settings and press “Delete Account.” This action will delete all your user data. However, please note that deleting your account will not cancel your subscription. If you create a new account using the same email, your subscription will still be active and accessible.

For Android Users:

  1. Canceling Your Subscription:
    • Open the Google Play Store app.
    • Tap the menu icon, then select “Subscriptions.”
    • Find and tap the subscription for RecallFit.
    • Tap “Cancel Subscription” and follow the on-screen instructions.
  2. Important Notes:
    • Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps above to ensure your subscription is canceled.
  3. Deleting Your Account:
    • Inside the app, go to Setup > Account Settings and press “Delete Account.” This action will delete all your user data. However, please note that deleting your account will not cancel your subscription. If you create a new account using the same email, your subscription will still be active and accessible.
